The teacher reflects on his/her practice.
To satisfy this domain, I referenced an assignment I completed during the last stage of my student teaching semester: Professional Development Plan. The intent of this paper was to reflect on my practices as a teacher and consider areas that needed improvement. I was asked to set a goal based on these reflections for both the coming fall semester and the next five years. Meeting these criteria with this assignment also satisfies this domain, which asks for evidence of short and long-term goals as well as a reflection on myself.
